CutACheck Studios provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:

• Event photography

• Digital image delivery

• Online client galleries

• Digital downloads and optional print products

 

Online galleries and image delivery may be hosted through trusted third-party platforms (such as Pic-Time).

2. Bookings & Payments

​​

• A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit is paid.

• Remaining balances are due as stated at booking or prior to image delivery.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Prices, packages, and deliverables are subject to change at any time.

3. Galleries & Digital Content

​​

• Client galleries are delivered digitally via secure links.

• Access to galleries may be time-limited.

• Clients are responsible for downloading purchased digital files before expiration.

 

CutACheck Studios is not responsible for lost files after gallery expiration.

4. Third-Party Platforms

 

CutACheck Studios uses third-party platforms (such as Pic-Time) for:

• Gallery hosting

• Digital downloads

• Payment processing

• Optional print fulfillment

 

Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. CutACheck Studios is not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party services.

5. Image Rights & Usage

• CutACheck Studios retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased digital images.

• Images may not be resold, altered for commercial use, or redistributed without written permission.

CutACheck Studios may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

 

Clients agree not to:

• Share private gallery links publicly

• Attempt to download or reproduce images without purchase

• Use images for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes

 

Violation may result in revoked access without refund.

7. Event Photography Disclaimer

​​

• Event photography is candid in nature.

• Attendees may appear incidentally in images.

• CutACheck Studios is not responsible for guests declining to be photographed unless notified in advance.

8. Refunds & Disputes

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

• Print products are fulfilled by third-party labs and subject to their return policies.

• CutACheck Studios is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CutACheck Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

 

All services are provided “as-is.”
